A Few Tricks for Disney Travel

Have you been planning for years to take that trip to Disney World. Are your kids are now at that special age where they still believe in the magic that is Disney? Have you saved up the cash and are ready for the trip of a lifetime? Then you need to learn a few tricks before heading off to Disney World and wasting much of your hard earned money. The park-hopper ticket is the way to go. This ticket will allow you change parks during the days of your vacation. You can leave one park and go to another to avoid the crowds. Get to the parks early in the day. Most families like to sleep in and enjoy a late breakfast. So even with the parks opening early in the day they are relatively empty first thing in the morning. There is no doubt that Disneyland possesses an endless amount of fun and attractions, but as with many theme parks, the frustration of long lines for the rides and attractions can spoil your vacation. Countless hours can be spent queuing for popular attractions, but there are a number of ways that they can be avoided as much as possible. Try to get to the park as early as possible. The lines are shorter in the morning when the park first opens, and understandably it becomes busier towards midday and the afternoon. It's a good idea to plan out which rides and attractions you would most like to see, so that you can get to these rides whilst the lines are relatively short. It makes no sense to jump in line for the first ride that you see because they will more than likely have shorter queues than the most popular rides throughout the day. Another option to avoid the long lines at Disneyland is to ride many of the popular rides later in the evening, whilst the majority of people are enjoying other entertainment. If there's one thing that many visitors at Disneyland find annoying or frustrating, is the long lines for the rides. You can literally spend several hours of the day standing in line to ride popular attractions. These lines can be avoided in one of five ways. One way to avoid getting stuck in long lineup is to purchase FastPass tickets for the rides that offer them. Do this early to ensure that you get to ride those rides earlier in the day. Second, ride many of the popular rides later in the evening, while the majority of people are enjoying the entertainment. Disneyland has nightly entertainment, and this is a good time to find shorter lines. Of course, it will mean that you probably miss the entertainment, so if you can use one of the other options for shorter lines at Disneyland, you should probably do so. Besides if you are deciding to stay in Disneyland for a few days, you can always plan to explore the nightly entertainment on the last of day of your trip, it's great way to end your holiday.
